As a part of our ongoing commitment to quality and compliance, we have been certified to the latest revision of the ISO9001 standard. During a four-week period, we were subject to rigorous auditing by ISO professionals, who not only upgraded us to ISO 9001:2015, but awarded the company a record of zero non-conformances.
To successfully gain accreditation, ISO state businesses must consistently demonstrate that its products and services meet all customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. This is in addition to demonstrating the business uses the ISO system to enhance customer satisfaction, as well as implementing processes for system improvement.
Sean Murphy, our Quality Manager, said: “I’d like to thank everybody at Captec for all their hard work and offer special thanks to the members of the team who were quizzed during the audit.
“I’m delighted that we received such positive feedback from the auditor, and our unblemished record is testament to the work we put it in, to ensure our computer platforms continually meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.”
The accreditation is valid from 12 September 2017 and runs until 22 October 2019 at which time will be re-audited, aiming to keep up our track record of zero non-conformances.
