The Captec BT-521 is specifically designed for electronic gaming, with a large touchscreen display for eye catching advertisements and an absorbing gaming experience. With optional Power over Ethernet, the terminal can be used in a wider variety of locations with reduced installation costs.
The large 21.5-inch display supports feature-rich content such as slots, reels and electronic bingo, as well as providing more screen real estate for advertisements or offers.
Engineered from the ground up with serviceability as a key consideration, all internal components can be serviced or even replaced in the field without the need to uninstall the terminal from its mounting, reducing down time and total cost of ownership. All replacements are carried out via our local service centre and can optionally be managed under a service-level agreement.
Instead of hiring an electrician to rewire your mains power and accommodate new positions, the BT-521 is available in a Power over Ethernet (PoE) model. This utilises your current wired Ethernet infrastructure to provide power and data over a single cable, simplifying installation and servicing.
With extensive knowledge of the gaming industry developed through our successful X23x range of products, we understand the need for tamper-proofing. All ports and buttons are inaccessible to the end user, with security screws used throughout.
